Then you should understand what a forum is and contemplate about it. While you're at it, what MTV is and how and why it came to be. After that, how it operates. What should matter is how "much" good and right it sounds, not as much as how "much" good/bad Eminem or Lady Gaga does look, nor their music videos. Its the issue with you and others concerning MTV that bothers me. Because you give a fk about something you dont really know nor control.

MTV is for profit, they like to get money. The giant record labels pumps money into music video creations. And where those who aren't part of these giants then mostly don't have such capital as they do, they then don't have the same opportunity to popularize their creation. If MTV matters, then those with money control rather then those with raw talent. Issue, money or music.
