He was Mic spamming child pornography, and I belive he was either posting in chat the link to it or was plain out chat spamming.. I did the !silence command becuase he was mostly was spamming child pornography.

It wasnt that. Youtube doesnt allow that. I was spamming, even not giving a link. I was just perm gagged and muted.
