Wiggle Motion to get up crates

Players who get a lot of kills as Zombies not only manage to perform
Bunny Hops but also

do like a wiggle motion to get up crates.

I tried to capture it here:

You see the Zombie Michael getting up the crate in the back right by wiggling and then does the same to get me.

I tried to record the player keys but it seems you also use the mouse?

So, what do I have to do, to wiggle my way up the crates?

As with bhop - how do I see if people use a cheat to do this?

All you have to do is "wiggle" with your mouse. Left and right while doing a duckjump.
No bind needed, nothing. I would also recommend to walk left and right while doing it, so you're even harder to hit.
