I was an admin on AG(Allied Gamers) surf for over 2 years, and i have ran my own surf server in the past.
Motivation
Being an admin on the surf server is more than just having some extra powers. Its the ability to change and shape the communitity how we want it. To get rid of all negative behavior, and to have minimal toxic people in our community. I love the server, and i have put many hours recently into it, and want it to be the best it can. It sounds cringey but i used to be an Admin on various Minecraft servers, and i have been admin in various discord servers.

Honestly, i really enjoy CSGO surfing. as you may be able to see, i have spent quite the while on one of your surf servers. i see that it is often very empty with almost no players online sometimes. Even though i'm not Admin i do help people out and be welcoming. I like listening to my music in the background whilst i surf or bhop, and just generally chilling out if you can catch my drift. i have recently just moved house and have a much better setup, which motivates me to play alot more. the main game i play now is basically just CS meaning i am very very likely to be surfing, and my go to, is your server.

I dont think i have ever seen an admin on in my 2 years of playing on these servers. I love SURF i have hundreds of hours playing and i hate that there are some people who ruin the experiences of other players on servers especially older players who pray on younger players providing them with a horrible experience. I also tend to help newer players learn how to surf quite a lot and newer players seem to ask me for advice when im on.
