Hello and thank you for reporting.
I watched the demo but saw nothing.
Will ask for other opinions too.

Just for record, I wasn't reporting because of bhop stuff but it looks like he uses something that triggers his shots. That is often visible when he uses shotgun and triggers the shot command periodically even when the weapon isn't ready to fire the next bullets. According to SPA macro or similar tools are also forbidden if they are just used for firing. If it really is such a restricted tool or if this demo is proof enough... Well let's see what the others think =)
