a couple weeks back vortex muted me for a day for racial slurs. vortex did not even give me a warning for it. today he muted someone for racial slurs for only two hours and gave them a warning for it. and than 10 minutes later he unmutes saying that the player he muted didn't hear the warning.

Reporting an abuse is a serious matter. Do you hold all the proofs requested for an abuse request? No

The mute, coming after multiple warnings, was on Kitsune and after you spammed chat many times with racial slurs and remarks. I also was not the one to mute you, as another admin warned you along with me, and muted you himself.
The mute earlier today that was removed from someone else was because they had come on just after my warning, so there was no need to keep a mute.

Mute has already expired. A quick skim through the logs shows me this.

You never gave me a warning and in voice chat I only said one racial slur, I never spammed the chat with racial remarks.
