Motivation
I really enjoy the environment and social aspects of the server, and would like to see continuous growth and add myself in to support that growth.

I will make sure the server is being supervised 8+ Hours a day with instant responses through discord/forums.

I'm not here to be an uptight admin but to be lax and social i am also a night owl so the odd times of the night where admins would usually be off i will be on.

Past admin experience
I have been an admin on a 24/7 surf beginner server after playing on it for about 3 months which took me literally 32 days to complete the map for the first time after a lot of help from a regular on that server. After that I decided to do the same that he did for me and that was help people learn how to surf, perform skips, and increase their times.
Motivation
I would have to say that my motivation for wanting to become an admin is primarily because I have not met a single admin in any of the servers. I'm unsure if there are many admins currently or if they frequent the servers at a different time of day. If I were to become admin and have the choice of which servers to frequent most it would be surf tier 1-2 and the 24/7 servers simply because I have the knowledge of some of those maps and the ability to help others increase their times on those maps compared to the harder maps. Since I have been playing on these servers I have not ran into any racism or harassment. The only thing I have witnessed is micspamming (typically a fan or background noise) and just about everyone I have ran into seems mature which makes me enjoy playing on these servers.

I am 21 years old, graduated from tech/trade college with an associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. I currently work as a service technician at a company that produces, sells, repairs, and markets the mission/vision to end death at the workplace by 2050 with help of many other companies. In my free time on the weekends I play games, chill with co-workers, or play paintball. Since it is basically winter weather currently I am waiting until next year to continue with paintball on the weekends so I have more free time to play games and frequent servers.

Motivation
Because Kitsune is so populated when I play, there is so much cancer from little kids and even older teens. It sucks to join the server and hear a kid yelling racial slurs and the older guys just bullying him. I'd like to be an admin, not to ban everyone, but to be a deterrent in the lobby and to act when necessary. Also, I think it's a fanatic idea to have more level headed admins to keep an eye on all the servers.
About me
I'm a pretty easy going guy, I like to smoke, surf and talk to people. Outside of csgo, I work on cars with my buddies, snowmobile, snowboard and longboard. Also, I work at Toyota, as a assistant tech. It's gunna be a long, cold winter here in Canada so I'll be surfing a lot.

Motivation
Personally, I love playing csgo surfing maps. I usually visit surf kitsune at least once a day simply because I enjoy speaking with fellow csgo members and attempting to beat my record through the 9 stages. When I was first introduced to csgo surfing I fell in love right away. In addition, my current employment working as a bank representative has taught me much through the years. Perfecting my french and English is an easy task when your job is building a relationship with customers through the phone in order to help their issues.
