I think you found the problem, but not right sure the maps are "everytime" the same, they all like cbble because its the most played map on our server, maybe its just the mod it released 2013 we have now 2018 the last update released 2015 and it will comes never again a update i think its over...

I think we should notificate the players before, so they know its only a event "setup" and not for ever if it works good we did a pretty goodjob. And the Plugin is to change the knife damage so that deals only 50dmg = 3 hits after this infected

The zombie hp should increase maybe from 2100 to 4100, decrease knockback and i think its balanced if not, we can increase little bit the zombie speed so that they have more chances to hit us
