Admins have to be on the server at the same time like you to unban your spray. Atm we have a lot active admins so it shouldn't be so difficult for you to catch an admin while playing. Otherwise we could discuss a time at which we can meet on the server.

As a matter of fact we can perform gags without being on the server if the insults were more than 'minor offence', but we expect a screenshot from inside the game. And as lotus said, requesting a gag after so long time is indeed a bit difficult.

I got a simple rule: I warn people once or in the meantime already twice before I perform a ban. Rejoiners are an exception just like people who behaves wrong in the chat. Those people might get much more warnings before I ban/gag them for it. I usually don't note who was warned for such stuff...
