Well, spotting an aimbot is quite hard as it can be configured in so many ways (I experienced some of them to see how it looked in the past) so, unless he does 100% headshot you can't really prove he does cheat, and that's the problem.

Alright, I hate to justify myself that way but listen, I've over 10 years of CS:S experience, spent 4 years in the biggest CS:S community that was existing in the 2007-2011 years, AND the most important part, I was junior-admin at SteamBans, if you're old enough you must know what those guys...

We've some admins with a very good experience in spotting cheats/script/macro etc... you cannot be punished for nothing and you'll never be banned if we're not 100% sure.
