Surely it was a mistake regarding the provided steam id. When an amount of time has passed since the ban request was made, then it's not ok to punish the player, unless the ban request was made for cheats/cheating. In this instance, that amount of time is passed, but we can keep an eye out for...

Guess he had a bad day .... Using light insulting like nub, noob, nab is allowed. Calling another player a idiot will get the attention of an admin, it is not a gag situation, but a warning. The other insult could be a general one regarding fattys? idk, but still not enough to gag a player...

This is how it's done, while most players actually try to run and find a safe place instead of defending AND get infected bcs fattys out run them, others shoot the fattys and push/hold them away.

Hello, We do not gag players based on screenshots from chat log. It is required a screenshot from in-game play, and if possible the whole picture and not just cuts/edits. The only thing that I can understand from that edited screenshot, is that dust2 was playing at that time.
