Actually, this should only kick in when the server is full or nearly full. When server is more empty, the specs show more players on the server in the server browser, so people are encouraged to join a server with more players.

On popular times of the server I notice there are ~15 specs on the ZM servers. They don't seem to be kicked automatically and I have to ask for an admin to kick them (he/she kicks them and it's back to 15 specs in half an hour).

That's where the whole fun is! It's challenging! If you practice you'll become good at it, like me :) It adds interesting complexity to an otherwise simple game. Not enough people on a spot: zombies will break through. Too many people on the spot: more chance of edgers being infected.
There's nothing harsh about what I said, I think you're just a sensitive person. It's nothing personal; you made a suggestion that I would hate to see on the server so I had to give my opinion to let the admins know there are downsides to your idea.

Are we talking about the same server? I played on V1 yesterday, zm had no chance on zm_palace_eh. Humans won 5-1. If anything, even more HP should be added because zombies don't respawn like on the All Weapons server.
I think you are confused: in zombie escape you run away from the zombies. The servers we're discussing in this thread are the zombie "hunt" servers, where the humans camp and then go to hunt zombies. The name of the servers is "Zombie Hunting by Elite Hunterz".

I really like this idea, it's innovative and helps the balance. Except I would do it for the last 3-4 zombies left. Usually the last zombie is stuck in a corner, some vent or a vending machine, so the perk would be totally ineffective.
I have an idea that is used on CS 1.6 ZM servers...
