    yes, i've noticed this issue on all the servers, i wonder what it is... looks like a network problem since both the servers timeout for 5-10 seconds and then come back

    it's cookies related. the server is too slow loading them and that causes the knockback not to work correctly and the admins not to have rights. Unfortunately it's something we can't fix yet. it's because we have many many players, on V4 it doesn't happen...

    we will soon make rules more clear for the admins, anyway i think the admins that responded in this thread are good admins that do their job correctly, as they said they can't follow the game 24/7 and they are players too so you can't expect everything to be answered. I hope this is clear...

    did you try restarting your router/modem ? i get 20ms ping from the servers so they are not the problem. maybe it's your ISP that changed the route to Düsseldorf...

    goodluck finding someone that can help you, actually i have so few time that i can't even sleep sometimes. Always think before buy... also your host maybe can help you. as i told you it's not easy and it takes a lot of time. I'll point you to the right direction...
