I haven't seen any teamkilling in the demo you provided. Maybe some slight attempting to block which I would not give a ban for.
Any explanation?
Ah wrong demo, here he only attempts to teamkill but fails. Of course that blocking in front of laser was an intention to teamkill (also not his first time on this map).
