He shoots the vending machines away so no one gets up from CT. will he be banned now?

You are banned because you broke the rules, it's not allowed to jump on peoples head in the elevator (on map 4way) , as you can see in the demo, clearly you were team killing therefore the 1 day ban.
If you're not satisfied with the ban you're welcome to make an unban request.

Absolut, I don't know what you are talking about but the demo is you team killing zms in the lift. I did tell you when you team killed me the first time that you could get banned for doing it.
