Without a demo we can't really do anything. Your screenshot just shows that he sits in front of your barricade. Don't get me wrong, i believe you, but we need a proper proof for a ban.
Usually we just accept demos which can be uploaded here. The reason is to have a proof in case of an unban request. YouTube videos and Dropbox files for exmaple can be deleted from the owner of the video.
