thanks for registering and your report. Sprays can only be handled and banned in game - but you're right: This spray is not only illegal in GER it also not allowed to use in our community. If you see him using it again please call an admin, for example via chat in game (hint: you can also use "@" in the beginnng of teamchat to call admins privately/secretly), via forum or among your steam friends. If you don't have any admins among your steam friends already feel free to add me
