Additional Information: the player goga is blocking permanetly that not too many people are at the big crate at cbble and he is reconnecting too !! i know that he is a "rank" player an hope that he will get punished for his acting because this isnt that what rank players should act like !

Because of this we will ban for (and not only):

• Cheating
• Hacking
• Exploiting the game
• Heavily ruining the gameplay
• purposely kill more than 1 teammate
• not following the game objective (teaming)
• heavily spamming
• heavily insulting
• advertising for other servers/communities
• advertising for porn material
• severely bad spray logos

we will not ban via ban request for those situations:

• light insulting
• light spamming
• stealing names
• stealing clantags
• temporarily blocking a person (depends on the situation)
• <4way only> temporarily blocking the main elevator
• light porn spray logos (must not show genitals!)

I only see a screenshot of him rejoining. Post more proofs to make it easier for us to decide the punishment.

i dont have a screenshot showing him blocking, but other players got blocked by him aswell, and i read anywhere that screenshots wont be taken as proof for blocking..... next time i will record a demo ...
but i hope that he wont be secure for being a rank player and can do what he wants, he should follow the rules too and dont get any advantage

Every player on our servers should follow and accept the rules. We're not doing any expections just because the player is ranked, VIP or admin. We're all equal when it comes to the rules.

Now back to the report. Since there's only one screenshot of him rejoining one time, I'll wait for other admins input.
Remember to attach more proof next time you report someone.

when i started this community i thought that it would have been a good thing to ban only in extreme cases, i think that one player must be warned personally before he gets such a hard punishment.
It's like when you go to a public pool and do something wrong (IE jump into water from a prohibited place), you don't get kicked out, they warn you first. if you do it again then they might take you out...

Imho this is not worth a ban, he even saw the banrequest, that means he's aware he's done something not correct.

If there will be a next time, and good proofs will be taken here, then a punishment may follow.

i didnt say to give him a hard punishment and you are right to ban permant only in extreme cases, but arent rejoining/blocking/talking in foreign laguages (only german or english allowed does the server say) enaugh for a 2 days ban or something like this? i dont know how long do ban people for things like that, but i saw players getting banned 1 week for "only" blocking. and i have seen rank players acting like admins cause they know admins and know that they can do what they want only they are rank100 or below

m8, i remember you from yesterday. I was following up complaints about gibbles, blocking and stuff.
I "kicked his ass" a bit(drugs, /tele & warnings) and said in the chat-box that if anyone saw him blocking they should tell me. gibbles took the hint and behaved for the rest of the time i was there, and i know that for a fact because i shadowed him(spec) for a long time afterwards.
But still, while shadowing gibbles, you kept spamming messages like:

..and i know for a fact that you are lying about him. Maybe goga2159 did something more than rejoin, but without proof i don't trust you about any of this. More than that, i have seen goga2159 many many times ingame, and i cannot remember seeing him braking any rules or hearing any complaint about him. Other admins may have, but not me.

Its good that you come to us with information about rule-breakers, but don't LIE!

there we can see that there are two parts of admins. one who care about cheater/blockers/,... and one like who has rank players friends who must defend them, cause they broke the rule and dont know what to do without any admin help. nice to see some admins defend rule breakers.....

Oki, you got to read what i wrote.
yes gibbles was blocking and being a dick to people, but when i dealt with him he stopped.
and as i said, i know this for a fact because i was spectating him for altleast 10 minutes because i was sure he would do something like blocking or other stuff again. But, he did not.

I did however see you still spamming about him, as you can see in the your chat-log, but i didn't say anything because i figured you where still angry at him. But when i see you accusing someone at the forum asking for them to get banned with next to nothing of proof, what am i supposed to think?
I must also make the other admins aware of this. If it was someone else, wouldn't you agree?

What goga2159 is concerned, i have never talked to the guy. I like him, but only because he never has given me a reason to warn him, punish him or ban him. Infact the only thing i do know about goga2159 is that he uses auto-sniper alot.
And btw, when it comes to ban, rank has nothing to do with it, even people who donate alot of money get banned. rules are rules

We really do try to help people and make the servers as gamer-friendly as possible, if we didn't the players would game somewhere else.
