This screenshot doesn't prove Lara broke any rule, I can't be sure whether the player is trying to get out after being infected in that spot, or she(/he) stayed in that position to team.
For future posts, please record a demo, or at least, in specifically similar cases, take multiple screenshots with different timings, which would prove the player willingly stayed in that position for a period of time.

As I can see there are 2 demos, but I can't watch them, since it tells me it failed to load the map. Would be great if someone other takes a look at it.

The first demo is really weird, it doesn't prove anything at all. The second demo is just of the beginning of the next map.

Nothing can be done here, please next time make a demo where you look from spec aim, so you can prove that the zombie stays there and helps the ct while the ct doesn't shoot the zombie away. Also take in mind that when teaming, both the ct and the zombie are breaking the rules as they both play together.
