A screenshot does not show enough proof to give a ban for teaming. In the future please submit a demo. To give you an example, with that screenshot you sent we can not see the name of the zm so you could be trying to get anyone at all banned and we wouldn't know it, and in a screenshot we also can't see the situation so maybe that zm only just got infected... I hope you see what I mean, it's impossible for us to know these things without a demo.
