Thank you for reporting, Dataworm.
I've issued a ban on the reported player, but in your next ban request please provide a screenshot of the status command after entering it and you've finished recording your demo (Entering the command while recording may cause the demo to crash / go corrupt.). If you don't know how to do so type "status" (Without the quotations / these marks: " ".) in your console and then take a screenshot (F12 is default for taking screenshots through the steam "ingame overlay" and after closing the game a menu should pop up letting you browse through your screenshots I think.) and upload it to our forums or link a picture of it.
