Hello and thank you for reporting.
It is as you said, and as could be seen in the demo. Sumned was present and gave warnings.
All the recorded blockings on your demo were very slight, and happened only for ~ 3 seconds. They were harmless, and seemed like they did it to each other in a friendly way.
Therefore, I wont be banning anyone.
