He was certainly blocking on purpose, but I think I mentioned this to you previously (may have been someone else idk), when there is an admin on the server as I can see there was during your first demo these things should be reported to them to deal with. Banning is our last resort and if an admin is on the server these things should be brought to them so the player is properly warned and if this player had a clean record I may not have issued a ban because it should have been handled by admins who were in the game at the time. However, this player has an extensive ban history including blocking and teamkilling so he has been given a long break.

They can't deal with every situation in the game all the time. Because they don't immediately respond to you doesn't mean you should come here right away
