I think 2 days is reasonable considering your gag history where most of your gags are for the same reason and you've been playing since atleast 2017(judging by your first gag for eng/ger.). I'm assuming you are familiar with the rules by now as well and not to mention that several warnings was issued in chat before you were gagged I find it fair.
