This is my 3. ban. Why my punishments being extended meen.

Be happy. Usually I choose the gag length for a ban when gagged players avoid the gag via name change. This would be a month in your case.

I even warned you to stop... to stop insulting, to stop talking turkish, russian or whatever. And to stop name changing.

You dont even regret your trolling and rulebreaking. Looks like a good ban length to me to give you time to reconsider your behaviour on servers - could be longer but maybe next time...
