Hi and sorry for the late response. Should've been handled earlier, but I guess it got buried beneath other posts so that none of us noticed it before now.

Unfortunately I can't issue a ban as the report should've been handled earlier. Issuing a ban now will only make the player confused and they might not understand why they've been banned. However if I meet the player ingame I will try to make sure to tell him/her not to do it again.
