For the next requests, try to take a demo (.dem), the other types of videos are too "unstable", at any time the youtube video can be deleted, so the proof will not be present if the player makes a request for deban.

We can see he kills his teammates on the video, but for the door, even if it is surely him, we can't know 100%
A demo with the console lets admins know who closed the door and it's 100% effective.
