Additional Information
We told admin about this player repeating the act of obstruction every time and some players told him that, but he did nothing for him other than alerting him all day long and he block the players and is upset by the behavior of the admins. Why did he not give him a ban if everyone complained about him?

Hey, I noticed people were complaining about him in-game and I sort of apologize I wasn't fast enough to catch him doing it, I wasn't present on the map where you recorded the demo but people were saying he was blocking on a map before that, however, we had admins in spectator so I felt like I didn't have to rush myself into spectator mode.

Why did he not give him a ban if everyone complained about him?

Also about this, even though if people complain about him we still have to see it with our own eyes, we can't punish or ban people based on what players say in the chat, even though it might be true we admins here want to make sure the punishment is fair for what has been done by the suspect.

I apologize again if you felt like the admins weren't reacting to it, then again I wasn't there so I can't really tell what exactly happened.

Note: We played 4 to 5 maps and he still does block in all maps.
Not just once or twice.. he did it all day long
He should be banned again if he do it. For (1day) to respect the rules of the game and people. he deserve it ..
