lost rpg levels

I play on rpg server and i play every day...

On day i enter on server and i lost the my all levels and credits -.-

I wonder why...

if you can help me i appreciate it.

Assuming you're talking about the SK RPG... it resets every once in a while, since I been apart of this community, it's reset roughly 4-5 times.
