I don't know the reason why i'm banned from the server, i played as usaul and next moment i got banned , no hack or something strange . Maybe is just bacause my high ping ? Did't recieve any warning by admins or got kicked before. please give me a reply thanks !

You were using a bind for jumping, which we call macro, it is not allowed on our servers, it's forbidden on 9/10 servers actually, please remove that bind before you join the servers again.

i'm new to the server, im a bit confused because i see lots of players bhop in the server, so bhop is legal and the script is forbidden , am i right ? thanks for your answer .

Yes you are correct. Any scripts and macros are forbidden, but bhopping normally with space bar or mouse wheel or whatever is totally fine.
