If I were you I wouldn't start of an ungag request by lying regarding your "Gag reason" which you claim to be "spamming vote number for vote map" (By that I presume you mean spamming or "flooding the chat" with "444444", "5555555" etc. when a (map-) vote was initiated.) which is false and neither is it a bannable offence and is not why I gagged you. When I gagged you I set the reason to "provoking / spamming / Flooding the chat after several warnings not to do so" and it can be seen at "
SourceBans" where we track all our bans and gags.
Not long after I issued your gag I posted a comment on it (Which are only visible for admins afaik.) including links to images of your chatlog for later as I do on most of the gags I issue incase of ungag requests/abuse reports etc. as the chatlog found at "HLstatsX" is not stored forever and only available for a month or two.
(I'm assuming it's okay for SPA/HA that I post an image of the comment section as an example in this case.)

Considering your record of 13 "valid/legitimate" gags (Would have been 16 gags in total including your active one, but minus 3 as they are marked "unbanned" meaning they were removed/invalid for some reason.) I found it reasonable to issue a permanent ban due to your provocative behaviour in both chat and through namechanges after several warnings in chat.
However I'm open for giving you a last chance by ungagging you if you can promise to change your behaviour as long as SPA/HA allow it, but keep in mind that if you should fail to do so we won't hesitate to re-gag you. Otherwise you will remain gagged unless SPA/HA find the gag too harsh which will lead to a decrease in your gag length or if there should be any other reason to entirely ungag you.
