Access to radar pack

Hi,

I participated in the Christmas event, won a prize and got access to the premium skins but when I tried to get the radar pack I got the following message:

"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

I found one thread with the same problem but it did not include the solution. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
