The quality doesn't matter, its that you're recording at like 5 fps. Check out your bitrate and maybe lower the quality you're recording at so that it isn't a stuttering mess

This was a long time ago and over time we have allowed him to return. Admins are likely still keeping a close eye on him but I believe we are no longer "banning him on site" as it were

Tho angel shouldn't be replying here, he about sums up what I was going to say. I am afk currently so I cannot check the demo, but angel is correct that zoran is a very good and experienced player. Another admin should be checking the demo soon :)
