Surely it was a mistake regarding the provided steam id. When an amount of time has passed since the ban request was made, then it's not ok to punish the player, unless the ban request was made for cheats/cheating. In this instance, that amount of time is passed, but we can keep an eye out for...

I can see what you mean, but the ban has expired by now, so there is no reason to ban again the same player. @shikaka Thank you for understanding, but we discourage players on not to break the rules.
