please use !calladmin for these instances so they can be dealt with there and then. I see no point in applying a mute to a player who won't be in the server to receive it.

Without any context, those look like just random numbers to me. They could be anything. Next time, use !calladmin command for these situations so an admin can deal with it there and then.

Our sourcebans plugin covers all of our servers, meaning if you were banned on one you are banned on all of them. Are you sure this was the error message you were presented with?
