I've changed both top250 servers, now anyone can join however only rank 150 or below is able to RTV. Uploaded a updated mapchooser which brings various bug fixes/improvements. (!nominate mapname now works yaay) Replaced surf_rocco with surf_rocco_v2- dPexx

Applied another fix for the WRCP Stage1/2 bug, if you run into it please let me know/report it via the !bug command in game. Added a separate channel in discord called #surf-bonuswr for bonus records as it was getting too cluttered.- dPexx
