Hey arcovk, thanks for your report and sorry you had to experience this. We only judge based on screenshots, not on chatlog via hlstats. This is not enough for a gag in my opinion.

Hey Aftershock, thanks for the report. Trollge, sjakiegeluk, SMAGEONER and GERMANY !!!!! have been gagged for heavily insulting/racism. A Goat is a dog is perm gagged, since he is already perm gagged on his other account.

Yes, thats what we always do. Both have just a few hours connection time. Of course they should know the rules, but a ban would be a bit excessive imo.
