Easy and Jaffa shot the zombie from the other side of the ramp, they probably didn't even see you and as far as i know shooting zombies is not against the rules, boy if we count how many times I've shot a zombie and he got boosted to other humans i'd get a perm ban if it was against the rules.

If you bind flashlight to for example mousewheel and just make it roll it's beyond annoying and admins can punish for it. Simply having flashlight bound to F as standard and pressing it towards another player for lulz is alright tho. Regarding the blinding for a person asking what's going on...
