Hello and thanks for your report. Unfortunately this goes under "temporarily blocking a person" which isn't a bannable offense. He only blocked you for a few seconds then he moved to the site and let you up if you wanted even tho you jumped down. We will keep an eye on the player in the future...

We don't want people to abuse the zstuck command all the time and spam the chat with it, imo 30 seconds is perfect and as there is often an admin on the server you can bind key say "admin tele please".
