Agree with 1. At peak times blocking rejoining for 30 seconds so someone else takes their slot will discourage the behavior. Regarding point 2, On V1 camping should be discouraged (and possibly enforced?) but on V3 it's integral to the game.

I realised after posting that the V3 server is fine. It's the V1 I think that's blocking them.

Not sure if it's just my client but can we bring back everyone's sprays being visible? I miss the extra entertainment of overdone memes and scantily clad models. It adds an extra social aspect to the game.
