Garry's Mod - How to choose Fatty as Character

How to enable that the Zombie Fatty Model can be used in Garry's Mod?

This is only possible on a game server.
OR with the workshop, you need only fatty.

The Screenshot is a bit misleading. I dont want the Zombie as Playermodel but insert is as an NPC.

I downloaded for example the Metropolice-Pack
from the Workshop and I can insert them as NPCs...

But the Fatass-Zombie I cant find or use after subscribed...

...
Update: The Fatass-Zombie is a "savegame" so I cant insert it.

But I was not able to find the Fatty as NPC or Model yet :-(

But good to know that I need the Workshop.
Because I can load the ZM_Maps without the Workshop I thought I could load the Models too.

Solved

I copied all content from the Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\download to the cstrike folder
which included Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\models\player\elis\fty

Running Garry's Mod and searching I found fatty_v2 in the folder player/elis/fty
