Hi,
I recently recorded a rulebreaker on the server and, as usual, I typed status to get their Steam ID. However, the player was not listed in the console. I also checked the in-game player list, but they weren’t showing up there either. On top of that, I couldn’t find anything about them in the stats.
What’s strange is that this has happened to me before, and I’ve noticed a pattern: these players never type in chat, which leaves me with no way to track them down or report them properly.
This makes me wonder — are these players using nosteam clients, or is this some kind of bug?
I’m bringing this up because maybe the admins can look into it and possibly add an in-game feature that allows us to look up players by command. That way, it would be much easier to report rulebreakers who don’t appear in the status list or the in-game scoreboard.
Thanks for your time and consideration!
