NEED HELP WITH SPRAY

I've made myself a spray,
but when I try to use it, my CS:S wont let me use it. (Because it's transparent)

It gives me this kind of error:
This file's TGA format is not supported. Supported TGA formats are 24-bit RGB and 32-bit RGBA

Can anyone help me with this?

size 256X256 and jpg or jpeg format will help i think!!!

.jpg = it wont stay transparent
.jpeg = doesn't work in css
