    I've ran servers, you know, being the owner, helping admins doing their thing, successfull gameservers etc etc etc, being admin, being a player, being a member.

    You know, got experience, like thats all you need to be admin, just need some experience, all you do is learn the rules and wait for someone to break them and then punish them, teach them the rules so they can also enforce them, like every user who reports someone else.
