    i think that by falling he has got his punishment already, we normally don't accept ban requests for blocking, it must be an heavy block to get him banned directly

    talked with the admin and verified logs, you rejoined several times in a short time and also this isn't your first ban and you know it. the ban will not be lowered, wait for it to expire.

    i haven't punished you, i just noticed that i forgot to disable that setting, by fixing it i am sure that an admin cannot unban himself if he gets banned from another admin and will have to wait for an HA input.

    i see that it wasn't givos unbanning him! i proceeded to fix the permissions as i just noticed every admin could edit other people's bans which is not what they are supposed to do.
