    enable console developer but don't use the ~ key... just add -console in startup line and it won't close anymore, press esc anytime you need it.

    no we have 0 tollerance when it comes to cheats. if we even allow 1 special case it will be much pain for us to decide who should get a second chance and who shouldn't. Cheat = go against VALVE rules = go against our rules = you can't play on our legit servers

    btw if you try to join a server and you're still banned (for example at 22:29:59) you will be autobanned for 5 minutes, you then should wait 5 minutes atleast between one retry and another.

    that's a way of tricking people, if there would be a zombie apocalypse you wouldn't rush towards the zombies hoping they won't react.. stay safe. always. doesn't matter if it's a game, put your life in first place and don't get close to zombies if you don't want to get caught by surprise ;)
