Thank you for the analysis. Lags are very hard to figure out, they really could be at any level of the stack, from hardware to software. We definitely checked some of the hardware and it seems like that wasn't the main issue. While the server stability improved, the lags haven't. We're looking...

I have a custom version of that plugin that I wrote myself. this still doesn't solve the issue, there is no way to redirect new clients to V1 when V3 is full

Sorry for the lags, it's always very hard to understand where they come from. I tried fixing a few things today so perhaps that will improve the situation.
