Those message exists and is even highlighted by color. Some players dont read chat, others dont type that fast, others miss knowledge (dont understand english, dont know how to chat, font know how to bind... ), others possibly simply dont care...

Hello, Thank you for your suggestion! Tthe ability to shoot within first seconds of a round was removed on purpose and wont be restored (too many players used it to teamkill).

Let me add: We have zero tolerance towards racism, so better learn from your mistake. If you will be become conspicuous for racism again your next gag will be permanent.
