Sorry for the lags, it's always very hard to understand where they come from. I tried fixing a few things today so perhaps that will improve the situation.

Additionally I'd like to remind you that we allow a second account to play freely. You can buy CSS on a new account and we will treat you as a new player with no ban records. However as policy, we never unban people that were banned for cheating.

Did it eventually fix itself? Probably a plugin bug, we're going to use that as a feature to avoid people getting their first nomination in and then switching it later in the game.
