Let me add two things: the YouTube video cant be reviewed like a real cs:s demo (.dem file). Plus it could be recorded years ago, who knows. A .dem file is a clear evidence, that's why we ask players not to share youtube links or upload other files.

Hellooo again, by clicking on the link in my prevous response you'll find the 1 week mute (gag) I issued for Notorious BIG. Chat infractions are handled via mute, therefore players are able to join the game but are prevented to use chat during the length of the mute.
